Chris Creasey

Director, Tutor Perini Building Corp.

Chris joined Tutor Perini in 2000 as a Senior Estimator. After quickly proving his abilities, he moved up the ranks to Manager of Estimating Services and then to Director of Conceptual Estimating. Chris’ main focus is on Hospitality and Gaming projects in the Nevada and Arizona regions and Native American projects. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential opportunities, establishing budgets and working with the client, design team and subcontractors to help bring projects to fruition. Chris has also worked on the Operations side on many of Las Vegas’s iconic projects, including CityCenter and Cosmopolitan.

Robert Schmidt

President of Development, PEG Companies

For the last 15-years Robert Schmidt has been involved in the development and construction of hospitality and multi-family projects across the Intermountain West. He currently leads PEG Development as President.

Mike Krentz

President, DAVIS

With more than 30 years of experience in the design profession, Mike has always believed that seeing the ‘big-picture’ in development and architecture is critical in the genesis of every good project design. He has been part of the evolution of DAVIS since 1991 and served in leadership roles in the firm’s Phoenix, California, and Texas offices. His philosophy is that excellence happens at the intersection of attention to the big idea, development of the detail, and intense consideration of the client’s needs. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University and is a registered architect.

Cari Meyer

Planning Manger, City of Sedona

Cari is the Planning Manager for the City of Sedona. She joined the City in 2012, with her primary focus being on current planning and working with developers to help them understand Sedona's development process and the approvals that are needed for every type of development. Cari is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, has a bachelor's degree in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and worked in Orange County, California prior to moving to Arizona.
