ULI Arizona – A New Workplace Narrative: Moving Past a Language of Extremes
August 15 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We hear the open office is dead, but is it really? What about coworking; will it take the place of traditional office or can it become an amenity in our existing space? The office pendulum has swung from one extreme trend to the other — from coveted private offices accompanied by dense workstations, to a completely open and agile workplace. By offering space that was designed for extremes, we may have left out critical needs to our multi-generational talent pool.
It’s time to debunk the rumors. In light of the latest Gensler Workplace Survey we have begun to uncover what really makes for an effective workplace that boosts productivity, collaboration, and that gives all talent a great experience. This survey acts as a framework with actionable insights to help solve challenges facing employers today including how to best attract and retain talent. We have asked key leaders in the valley to test out the research and dive deeper into the disruptions and rumors circulating our industry.
Join our panel of experts for a lively discussion of the good, the bad and the new for office real estate. Cool down from the heated debate with summer refreshments and lite bites provided by our Title Sponsor Gensler.
Discussion Topics Include:
- The open office – is it really dead?
- How to navigate the coworking disruptions within office real estate and design
- Things you may not be considering with the rise of a multi-generational workforce
