Please join us as the Urban Land Institute hosts a case study on the Tourist Home project in the southside downtown area of Flagstaff, AZ. Programming will include a moderated panel of speakers discussing the project from initial concept to design, approvals, permitting, construction and it’s place in the community as a catalyst for change in the southside downtown area. Panelists include Kevin Heinonen, owner of Tinderbox Kitchen, The Annex and Tourist Home Café, the developer Chris Kemmerly of Miramonte Homes, and Tiffany Antol, the Planner for the project at the City of Flagstaff. The interactive portion of the event will include a Q+A with the audience, a tour of the projects, and further networking opportunities. Drinks and appetizers will be served with admission.
