Jeff Hamilton
VP of Transportation & SW Region Business Development Manager - Sundt
Jeff is a Vice President for Sundt’s Transportation Group, and the SW Region Business Development Manager. He’s a graduate from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, he’s a Value Methodology Associate through SAVE international. He’s a Native Arizonan and has worked in the heavy civil construction industry for 25 years. During his career he’s held positions ranging from Field Engineer, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Preconstruction manager on alternative delivery method contracts, and a partner of a mining and ready-mix company in the Colorado River Valley. Recent experience includes over $1B in alternative delivery method contracts. Transportation and infrastructure project scopes include bridges, aviation, light rail/transit, drainage, roadway, parks, dam rehabilitation, water transmission and distribution, wastewater conveyance, and large sitework scopes of work. As Vice President, he works with Project Directors and Business Development Reps, owners, stakeholders, designers and project teams to develop the best approach for successful projects. He enjoys everything wake, skate, and snow, and is sad to admit that his 16 year old boy is finally better than him at all board sports…

Eric J. Froberg, P.E.
City Engineer - City of Phoenix
Eric has served as City Engineer for the City of Phoenix since January 2019 and during that time also completed a 6 month assignment as Interim Director of the Water Services Department. Eric possesses over two decades of relevant public works, residential, and commercial land development engineering experience. Prior to joining the City of Phoenix, most recently Eric was the New Mexico Operations Manager for TYLIN International and prior to that was a Senior Project Manager for RBF Consulting in Arizona. After spending two decades working as a private consultant, Eric desired to utilize his engineering and management expertise in a way that more directly benefited the public. As the City Engineer for the nation’s 5th largest City, Eric is responsible for overseeing the selection of architects, engineers & contractors and the execution the City's 5-year, $9.0 billion Capital Improvement Program. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona, California, and New Mexico. Eric is currently a member of the Alumni Industry Council for the University of Arizona, previously held the position of State Director for ACEC-NM, and in 2013 was recognized by ENR as a “Top 20 under 40”.

Susanna Struble, P.E.
Assistant Town Engineer, CIP Manager - Town of Gilbert
Susanna Struble is the Town of Gilbert’s Assistant Town Engineer/ CIP Manager, with more than 35 years of related private consulting and municipal engineering experience. She currently manages a team of 12 CIP project managers in the development, design and construction of a $3.5B 10 year Capital Improvement Program. Prior to joining Gilbert, Susanna served as Public Works Director/City Engineer for Coolidge, Arizona; various engineering positions with Willdan Engineering which included serving as the regional manager for the Phoenix operation for over 10 years; City Engineer in Show Low Arizona and Assistant County Engineer in Eagle County, Colorado. Ms. Struble is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Arizona; she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Wyoming.

Assistant City Engineer - City of Mesa
Lance Webb serves as the Assistant City Engineer at the City of Mesa. He has worked as a dynamic public works servant leader in the Civil Engineering sector for over 20 years with broad, cross-functional experiences in the civil engineering and construction industries. He is a stickler for execution excellence and has successfully led and provided oversight on over 400 capital improvement projects totaling $850M in construction to date with another $300M being planned and or being constructed. He has a wonderful wife and 5 beautiful children. He enjoys sports, camping, hiking, and rafting outdoors.
