With an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, and an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the Wharton School of Business, Jeffrey Dorf has spent over 20 years bridging his engineering and construction background with his passion for operations and business development. During his career he has held leadership roles for firms in a variety of market segments, including high tech, renewables, commercial, and civil. In his current role, Jeffrey focuses on building winning teams for Alternative Delivery Projects in the Southwest for Dragados and its subsidiary, Pulice Construction.

Judd is a native of Arizona and obtained his BS in Civil Engineering from UA in 2005. He grew up in the earthwork trades and spent many summers with a shovel in his hand. Judd started his career with a large national builder honing his skills in operations of large projects in office, K-12 and water treatment. Judd has a passion for APDM and started his Design/Build experience as both a Preconstruction and Project Manager building large utility scale solar plants around the US. As Preconstruction Director for h/d, Judd is responsible for all things preconstruction for h/d’s customers in the commercial market. This includes design/build, design assist, budgeting, planning, and successful buyout of projects. Judd’s recent notable projects include the design assist delivery of Scottsdale Entrada, a 250,000k SF spec office building; and the $41 million design/build ASU Novus Parking Garage at the southwest corner of Rural and University.

Rachel is a thoughtful and inspired designer who has been a leader of multiple initiatives to incorporate sustainable principles into the firm’s design process and ideology. As a principal at Architekton, her responsibilities encompass architectural planning, design and client coordination while implementing practices that ensue a solid business foundation for the firm.
