Lori joined the City of Glendale in early 2017 as the special projects and communications manager for Mayor Jerry Weiers. After nearly two years, she joined the Economic Development team as the Communications Program Manager. In this role she has been tasked with sharing Glendale's Economic Development story. As part of the economic development team, Lori manages all communications and supports the team with attraction, retention and expansion efforts.

Economic Development Director, City of Buckeye
David Roderique has served as the Economic Development Director for the City of Buckeye, Arizona since July 2017. Buckeye is the country’s fastest growing community, and is located on the west side of metro Phoenix. Dave is responsible for all aspects of the City’s economic development efforts, including growth of the employment base, the attraction of new retail, tourism and services to the community, and the redevelopment of Historic Downtown Buckeye.
Economic Developers are at the forefront of attracting new business to their cities, and often times they come with new development projects. Come hear from Economic Developers in the Central/West Valley and hear what they’re working on, how they’ve been adapting to the abrupt economic slowdown, and what they see coming in the near future.
