Cassie Robertson

Southwest Regional Prefab Leader

Cassie has been with DPR for over 17 years – focused on building in the local higher education market for most of that time. She's had different roles over that time but spent over 13 years focused on preconstruction and design integration. Now, she leads efforts in prefabrication for the South West, helping teams, clients, and design partners to think about and implement industrialized construction.

Stephanie Bauer*

Assistant Director of Facility Services for Planning, Design and Construction, NAU

Stephanie Bauer is the acting Associate Vice President of Facility Services. Stephanie has over 15 years of professional experience, including finance, small-business ownership, construction, and facility management.  She holds a bachelor's of science in finance and a master’s of business administration.  Stephanie has been a staff member at NAU since 2010.   

Peter Dourlein*, AIA, LEED AP

Associate Vice President, Planning, Design & Construction University of Arizona

Peter Dourlein is Associate Vice President of Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) and the University Architect at the University of Arizona. He is a member of the board for the AIA, MPA, the Cornerstone Foundation organizations. He is an avid advocate for the design and construction industry and member of many associations that work to advance our industry.

Alexander Kohnen

Vice President Facilities Development and Management Arizona State University

Alexander Kohnen is the vice president for Facilities Development and Management. Kohnen is a 1996 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering with a focus in Astrodynamics. He holds a Masters of Engineering in Environmental Engineering (Water Quality) from the University of Florida and a MBA from Colorado State University. During his 20-year naval career, the focus of Kohnen’s work was in facilities and construction management. He joined Arizona State University as the executive director of Facilities Management in 2016 and is currently a PhD student at ASU’s School of Sustainability.
