2020 PRIVATE
DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT

The annual Private Development Summit includes a look at future Commercial Real Estate projects, economic overview and analysis, and the impacts of the COVID-19 health epidemic on Arizona Commercial Real Estate.

2020 PUBLIC
WORKS CONFERENCE

The annual Public Works Conference provides insights into future publicly funded construction opportunities from state, regional, and local municipalities. New this year will be a deeper dive into how COVID-19 will impact public agencies’ ability to deliver capital programs.

We are abiding by CDC Guidelines for in person gatherings and paying close attention to local health officials’ recommendations. At this time a large, in person, indoor gathering is not advisable and we are not willing to put any of our staff, speakers, sponsors, or attendees at risk.

We are excited to increase participation and engagement with a unique platform for this virtual event. See below for more details!

Being held on a virtual platform!

please review the tutorials below

We will be using an enhanced virtual platform custom built for larger virtual conferences like this. Attendees will have significantly more interaction with each other than what is possible in a Zoom meeting or webinar. Features include specialized chats, virtual exhibit booths and breakout rooms where sponsors can live chat and give away prizes, and much more. Attendees can also participate in ‘speed networking’ where they will be randomly matched for a 2-minute video chat with other attendees. With four hours of structured networking, it is our hope that attendees can ‘meet’ nearly all other persons in attendance!

Registration includes both PUBLIC and PRIVATE segments!

BONUS: Purchase a ticket to the Development Summit/Public Works Conference and receive a complimentary ticket to the BEX Leading Market Series (LMS) events in November and December, 2020.

Registration is Closed!

Hear from Owners and Industry leaders in the
Private and Public Sector for Arizona Construction

We know nothing beats hearing market updates from Owners themselves; that’s why we pack as many of them as we can into one program. In the 2019 Private Development Summit more than 20 speakers took the stage to share their expertise on the local market.
